Barrow hails ‘amazing’ Ayew
Swansea City winger Modou Barrow has been full praise for his teammate, Andre Ayew.
Ayew has been a sensation at the Liberty Stadium this season, after his summer move from Ligue 1 giants, Marseille. He’s been a key player for the Swans during this disappointing Premier League campaign – as he’s netted eight goals for Francesco Guidolin’s side.
Now, Barrow – who finds himself in tough competition with Ayew for a starting spot on the right wing – has been praising the Ghanaian international.
Speaking to Wales Online, Barrow said:
He’s a good guy – he talks to me and gives me advice.
He wants me to play as much as possible and helps me because he knows I’m young but a good player as well.
His strengths and qualities are amazing.
Barrow has been another one of Swansea’s bright sparks this season, displaying some dazzling skills and blistering pace on the right flank.
The Gambian has gained many plaudits in his own right in the last few months, and he looks to learn more whilst under the wing of Ayew in the Swans squad.
