It’s a disappointing night for the Swans.
Could it coincide that the last time we went to the US, and lost 2-0, we had our best season?
Great save by the Richmond keeper, as McBurnie is through on goal.
Swans with their second shot on target of the night…
Not many chances now. Can’t see a return for Swansea. 2-0 Richmond.
You’re avin’ a laugh, mate
Kickers make it two.
I am finished. And I am done with this game.
15 minutes to go. 2-0 Kickers.
Swans finally register a shot on target.
20 minutes remain. Can Swansea turn it around?
Swansea have a corner…
No prize for guessing what happens.
Shot off target.
Swans have had more shots, with 9. Shame that they’ve all been off target.
Shots on target:
Kickers 4-0 Swans.
Sums it up.
Nothing much happening, possession just changing a lot
Aaaaand… another shot off target for the Swans. When will we find a breakthrough, if ever… Kickers looking more likely.
Swansea have not had a shot on target yet. 52 minutes in.
Tremmel with a big save to make! A Richmond attacker gets behind the Swansea defence, but Tremmel gets hands on it.
Frustrating game, even more so with a 95-minute halftime break.
Swans have changed their entire team. It is now:
Tremmel in goal, Rangel, van der hoorn, Rodon and Kingsley in defence. Britton, Cork and Dyer in midfield, and King, Gorre and McBurnie make up the attack. 1-0, 44 mins.
I’m back. Game is expected to restart any minute now!
I’ll take a short break. I’ll be back in ten minutes.
There will be no halftime break.
Who needs one? The game has been suspended for an hour.
Play is anticipated to continue at 2:25am.
We have just had word from Richmond Kickers officials – they are hoping the game will restart 9.25pm (2.25am UK time). #Swans

This is honestly getting stupid now. No updates off either club, and it’s almost 2am.
At this rate, it will be a 3:30am finish.
Remember that half time has not been had yet. I wonder if there will be a 15-minute break for it.
This is getting pretty stupid, now… The storm has ended and the game hasn’t been resumed yet… Updates to continue. Until 9am at this rate.
Clubs are not updating us much… Sorry!
‘Gotta catch em’ all!’
Well, Nordfeldt hasn’t. 1-0 Kickers.
I’ll update this as updates come through. Suggestion is that an update should be on any minute now.
It’s only a drop of rain, mun! Won’t hurt you! (As they say in Wales…)
Playing Pokemon Go! to pass the time. Just found a cheeky Pidgey sitting on my desk. No update provided as of yet.

Lightning is striking and rain is pouring. It’s gonna be a while. 1-0, not even half time yet.
There will be a minimum of 30 minutes delay before restarting.
Meanwhile, why not get some sleep? I feel like it, with this performance!
CORRECTION:
SEVERE WEATHER: PLAYERS ARE TAKEN OFF THE FIELD!
Come on, Swans players are used to this in Wales… Only one minute until half time too!
Swans appeal for a penalty, not given though. Corner, Swansea.
Andre Ayew injured… Limping around.
Props to the Kickers defence. They’re doing well!
Nothing to talk about. Boring, really. Just a Richmond free kick from their own half.
Jason Levien, one of the people who have bought the Swans, are reportedly at the game…
Game is back underway. Richmond 1-0 Swansea. 27 minutes.
Water break… Teams will be back on soon!
Corner Swansea.
Both teams passing back and forth. Close for Richmond, but the Swans clear it.
Corner, Richmond. Eventually, an offside is given.
Let’s call that unfortunate… Swansea dominating possession 61% to 39%
Goal is credited as a Jordi Amat own goal.
TAXI FOR AMAT!
Goal. Richmond open the scoring. 1-0. 11′.
Swansea have a dangerous looking free kick… 9′.
No shots… Nothing of note yet! 7 minutes gone.
And kickoff has been taken!
Wayne Routledge will captain the Swans in the first half of tonight’s game. Kickoff expected.
Around four minutes until kick off! The teams are expected to be on the pitch any minute now!
The Richmond Kickers are two places in the league above Charlotte Independence, who the Swans beat in midweek.
The Kickers have also played Palace and West Brom, and have lost both games narrowly.
And now the starting lineup for Swansea City!
Nordfeldt starts in goal, with Naughton, Amat, Fernandez and Roberts in defence, Fer ,Fulton and Barrow make up the midfield and James and Routledge play on the wings. Andre Ayew is the striker.
Sorry I’m late! It’s time to see the starting lineups. Firstly, for the home team, the Richmond Kickers.
