Swansea reportedly end interest in Leonardo Ulloa. West Brom and Sunderland favourites to land the Leicester striker on loan.
It’s not really Swansea related, but Wilfried Bony is set to join Stoke from Manchester City. There’d be a lot of disappointed Swansea fans that we didn’t get see the Ivorian back at the Liberty.
Regarding the recent Enner Valencia link, Sky Sports say Swansea and West Ham are officially in talks over a loan move for the Ecuadorian. The striker is keen to leave the Hammers with the Swans happy to take him off their hands. Seem like this one could be happening!
The Daily Mail claim that Ligue 1 side Lorient have backed out of a deal to sign left-back Franck Tabanou. They also say Marseille are keen on the Frenchman, and would be open for a loan move.
Another striker that could be heading to South Wales is Leicester’s Leonardo Ulloa. Depending on whether the Foxes can sign Islam Slimani from Sporting Lisbon, Ulloa could be ready to leave the King Power. A host of clubs would happily take the Argentine, including Swansea and West Brom. Again, any deal would likely to be on loan.
According to Sky Sports, Swansea are chasing West Ham United attacker Enner Valencia. The Hammers would let the Ecuadorian out on loan this season, with the Swans and Norwich interested. Could this be one of the loan signings Jenkins was talking about?
