The Independent are reporting that Chelsea will make a move for Fernando Llorente before the transfer window closes in just two days time.

Llorente has previously admitted that a move this summer would be an option after turning down a move to Stamford Bridge in January in order to help the Swans to avoid relegation.

Antonio Conte worked with Llorente at Juventus, and despite not yet making a formal bid for the World Cup winner, has been linked with a move for him since the end of last season.

While losing Llorente would seem a huge blow for Paul Clement’s side, they have already lined up a deal for Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony as a like-for-like replacement should the Spaniard leave this week.

Llorente hasn’t featured for the Swans’ yet this season after fracturing his arm in a cycling accident during the summer, but is now back in full training.
