Swansea City had their relegation confirmed on the final day of the season with a 2-1 defeat to already relegated Stoke City.

Manager Carlos Carvalhal joined the Swans just before the turn of the year, but his input wasn’t enough to turn the club’s fortunes around.

Their focus must now turn to building a squad capable of returning to the top flight as soon as possible, and they will have big decisions to make on a number of players.
